A home intruder was shot by a homeowner after the intruder unexpectedly exited a room yelling and screaming. The homeowner felt like his life was in danger, so he pulled out his gun and started firing at the intruder, who then fled. The intruder was later found on a nearby street and arrested. Although the homeowner’s actions were considered justified by some neighbors, the police recommended that homeowners exit their properties and call the police instead of confronting intruders.
