1. "Special Jonin": Not all Special Jonin are as strong as Chunin, and some are even weaker than Genin. Notable Special Jonin in Konoha include Ebisu, Shikamaru, Sakura, and Ibiki. 

2. "ANBU":  ANBU members, such as Uchiha Itachi, Tsukino Yamanaka, Yamato, and Kakashi, are the direct subordinates of the Hokage and undertake high-risk missions. 

3. "Guardian Ninja Twelve": Guardian Ninja Twelve are the private forces of feudal lords and do not represent typical ninja ranks. Their responsibilities are greater than ANBU, and their strength requirements are stricter. 

4. "Famous Ninja": Some ninjas in Naruto are famous and respected but do not have a specific rank. Examples include the Three Legendary Sannin, Orochimaru, and the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. Their strength surpasses Jonin and ANBU. 

5. "Genin of Konoha": Genin are considered the rookies of the village, with the weakest strength and limited to D-rank missions. However, the Genin of Konoha, such as Naruto, Sasuke, Neji, and Might Guy, possess stronger abilities than even Kage-level ninja.
