Mu, the second Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, possesses the powerful Dust Release kekkei tōta. He wears bandages to conceal severe burns from a fateful encounter with the Second Mizukage.

Hiruko, the main antagonist in "The Will of Fire," used to be handsome but became grotesque from forbidden jutsu. He wraps his body in bandages to spare others from his disturbing appearance. 

Zetsu initially uses bandages to restrain opponents and launch attacks but later uses them for decoration. 

Danzō Shimura conceals his unique body structure with bandages, which hide numerous Sharingan. 

Yugao Uzuki's bandaged hands have no specific purpose and are likely for aesthetic reasons.
