1. Blue and White Lightning Release ninjutsu is the most common form, made from Lightning chakra and used for high-intensity electrical attacks

2. Black Lightning Release techniques are rare and difficult to learn, involving a fusion of different elemental properties.

3. Purple Lightning Release techniques are even rarer. Kakashi's Purple Electricity is also a purple variant of the Chidori. 

4. Yellow Lightning Release techniques are also uncommon. Kashin Koji's Snake Lightning and Sarada's Lightning Style: Lightning Ball are the only known examples. 

5. Kakashi's Kamui Lightning Cutter is usually depicted as black, but in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, it turns red when used in his Susanoo form.
