1. Mecha Naruto: The first transformation is Mecha Naruto, a super-powered robot created by Orochimaru based on Naruto. It dominates the Ninjas of Konoha Village with its high-tech weapons. Eventually, Mecha Naruto absorbs Naruto's Nine-Tails Chakra, becoming as powerful as a Tailed Beast.

2. Nine-Tails Chakra Mode: The second transformation is the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. In this state, Naruto's clothes are not fully transformed, and the Six Paths Sage's beads and markings are not fully visible. Naruto uses this mode to defeat enemies with the "Black Ball Rasengan." 

3. Berserk Mode: The third rare transformation occurs during Naruto's training with Killer Bee. Overwhelmed by the Nine-Tails, Naruto enters a berserk state where half of his body releases the Nine-Tails Chakra and the other half transforms into a berserk Tailed Beast form. 

4. Tailed Beast Mode: The fourth rare transformation occurs during Naruto's training with Killer Bee. After taking a portion of the Nine-Tails' Chakra, Naruto transforms into a cute version of the Nine-Tails, relying on shouting for attacks.

5. Sumo Mode: The final transformation is Naruto's unique Sumo Mode. During his training with Jiraiya, Naruto misunderstands Jiraiya's instructions and transforms into a sumo wrestler, defeating Jiraiya with a single palm strike.
