Five Guys Employees Refuse To Serve Police, Franchise Owner Responds

Several police officers were turned away from a Five Guys burger joint in Daphne, Alabama by employees who refused to serve them. The company immediately launched an investigation and promised to take action. In a show of support for both the community and law enforcement, Five Guys not only fired and suspended the employees involved but also closed temporarily for further education and customer service training with a representative from the Daphne Police Department. Both the police department and restaurant received an outpouring of support from the community, and the Daphne PD expressed gratitude for Five Guys' swift action and support.
