Kierstyn Milligan, also known as Orylan, a Nevada body modification addict, has spent over $43,000 on different body modifications including fang and breast implants, tattoos all over her body, piercings, and recently, a split tongue. She claims that her bifurcated tongue allows her to taste two different things simultaneously, which she demonstrated in a TikTok video with 24 million views. Despite receiving criticism for her body modifications, Milligan insists that it makes her happy and advises others to do what brings them joy. However, Healthline warns against the dangers of such procedures, especially tongue splitting which can result in fatal complications.
