In a video uploaded on Sunday, Cecilia showed viewers the still-tagged black clogs, with the right one appearing smaller than the left. The incident highlights a warning on the Crocs website that exposure to extreme heat, such as in hot cars, can cause the shoes to shrink or warp. However, Cecilia emailed Crocs and they are sending her a new pair.
