A 42-year-old man, William Emilio Torres Gautier, has been accused of killing his mother-in-law in Pennsylvania. The police responded to a neighbor's call and found Gautier acting aggressively towards the officers. They then found the victim, Lourdes Ramos Baez, dead in a bedroom with her head and face wrapped in duct tape, coat hangers around her neck, and her hands tied behind her back. She had also been stabbed with scissors. Gautier's wife told the police that he had acted erratically and had threatened to kill her mother and steal her money. Gautier now faces multiple charges, including criminal homicide and resisting arrest.
