Two teenage girls in Syracuse, New York were arrested and charged with third-degree assault after attacking a 62-year-old man who politely asked them to get off his lawn. The incident was captured on video by a bystander and went viral on social media. In the video, one of the girls punched the man in the face before running away while the other girl grabbed him from behind. The man swung his cane but lost his balance and fell to the ground. The girls were later identified and released with tickets to appear in family court. The mother of one of the girls apologized for her daughter's actions.
